Silversea Cruises has slashed its fares by 50% on a wide range of 2009 voyages.

The luxury cruise line has around 75 cruises on sale, with around 39 of them offering half price savings in all suite categories.

The line will also offer the USD500.00 per person Onboard Spending Credit for select voyages in Alaska, Northern Europe and the Mediterranean, for new bookings made before 30 April 2009.

Included in the sale is a 16 day cruise from Singapore to Sydney departing 03 December 2009 on Silver Whisper priced from USD6347.00 per person.
